We sell only the original software for the Middle East Region. We have official online distribution rights with software manufacturers for our Territory. You will be able to register this software online if you reside in the Middle East. All updates are available for you.
2. Is your software full or upgrade versions? Do you sell upgrade software?
We sell both FULL versions and UPGRADEe software.
3. Can I have updates and tech support from the manufacturers' websites?
Yes you can have updates and tech support from the manufacturer’s websites.
4. What is the language of software?
Standard, English. Kaspersky Lab and some other vendors provide both English and Arabic versions).
5. Can you send me a CD with software?
We don't sell any CD's and we will NOT send any CD in any case.
6. Is your software only for home users and on how many computers can I use my purchase?
Our software is mostly for home/SMB use and you can use your software only for 1 computer if it is for one user and for 3 computers if it is for 3 users.
7. Why I cannot download file by using Internet Explorer ?
You cannot download files that are 2 GB or larger. Please read official microsoft recommendation. Wherever, we recommend to use special download manager like Internet Download Manager. You can download it for free here.
8. What happens after I made the payment?
We will send you the download link and activation code via email within 24 hours. We will provide full tech support if you meet installation issue
9. What is the download file format?
The software that you will download is .exe or Zip File, So you need WinZip software to install the software, get WinZip
10. I downloaded almost 50% of the file, but was disconnected. Do I have to start it over again?
